Process
Upon purchasing a qualifying Canon product:
- Customer visits the promotional site and selects the claim button
- Customer completes the claim form and uploads proof of purchase
- Prior to submitting claim, the customer has the option to donate all or part of their cashback to the local Red Cross Society
- Claim is reviewed and validated
- Cashback amount is transferred into the participant’s bank account and donation is allocated
- All participant data is provided to the client
