Terry Clune is the co-founder of Sales-Promotions and CEO of The Taxback Group. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Terry formulated the taxback.com business concept while working in Germany as a student, and has been the innovator and driver of the Group to its present global market leader position. The company now has over 1,200 employees in 33 countries worldwide.

Terry is a former winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the HSBC European Entrepreneur Award.

He attributes success to his team of highly skilled, committed staff, building lasting partnerships and a constant focus on developing new services.

Ann-Marie has worked and lived in Germany, Scotland, the UK and Ireland. Working predominantly at management level in proactive sales roles, Ann-Marie has a wealth of experience in managing large multi-national accounts on a Global basis. International recruitment throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East also gave Ann-Marie excellent business knowledge of these key markets. Recently awarded a Master’s Degree in HR, Ann-Marie focused on Employee Engagement and is very well versed on Staff Incentive Programmes and Loyalty Programmes alike. When she’s not on the phone, she’s most likely on her motorbike!

David holds a BSc (Comp) from University of Limerick and has over 16 years’ experience in both in the Management and Development of large and complex Software Projects. David leads the development teams across the group which currently consists of over 60 colleagues including Developers, QA, Business Analysis’ and Project Managers. Prior to his current role, David worked with Ceridian, a US based multi-national developing and implementing HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance system. During this time, he was a key member of the team in the delivery of a four year HR transformation project for a large UK retailer. David works hand in hand with the development teams ensuring best of breed software for both in house and external systems. In his spare time, David enjoys golf and spending time with his family.

Margaret has approximately 30 years’ experience working in projects and programmes across Financial Services, Outsourcing and Public Sector industries. Prior to joining, Margaret worked for Capita where she programme managed the implementation of ISO20000 within 18 months from client contract commencement; she also managed a number of large scale programmes encompassing data centre migrations, technology refresh and software upgrades. She recently completed a masters in Executive Leadership. Outside of work Margaret enjoys cycling and likes to spend time with her husband and two children.

In her free time, Katrina enjoys health and fitness activities, relaxing with a good book or baking up a storm in the kitchen.

In addition to having almost 20 years’ experience in digital design, he holds a Bachelor‘s Degree in both Marketing and IT, and a Master’s Degree in Management. Aleks devotes all of his free time to his family and work but, if he can escape for an hour or two, he would be cycling, diving or reading a good book.
